Shipping policy

FIORI JEWELS delivers across the United Arab Emirates. A delivery charge applies to online orders and is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You may also collect your order from any of our Dubai showrooms — just contact our help desk (contact@fiorijewels.com / +971 4 223 7356) to arrange.

All international orders are shipped, for an additional charge, via FedEx International Priority. Rates vary by destination; our team will confirm the cost with you before dispatch. Any duties, taxes, or customs charges in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, except where an item arrives faulty or not as described or as required by applicable UAE law. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
