Orders & Payment

How can I pay?

Pay your way. We accept all major cards, and you can split the cost interest-free with Tabby or Tamara.

How do I know my order went through?

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your order is placed, with your order number and a summary of your piece. If anything looks off, reply to that email or message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it quickly.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive, and how much is delivery?

Delivery within the UAE is charged at checkout. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually reach you in 2–4 days.

Made-to-order designs, including our Real & Rare natural-diamond line, are crafted for you and typically take 2–3 weeks. We'll share a timeline when you order and keep you posted along the way.

Shipping internationally? Message us with your destination and we'll arrange a fully insured courier and a quote.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I change my mind?

All sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully — and reach out before you order if you'd like help with sizing, styling, or any detail.

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, message us on WhatsApp or email contact@fiorijewels.com with your order number straight away and we'll make it right.

A note: made-to-order pieces (including Real & Rare) and anything engraved or personalised are created uniquely for you, so they can never be returned. We'll always confirm the details with you before we begin.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my ring size?

The easiest way: measure a ring you already wear. Take one that fits the intended finger, measure its inside diameter in millimetres, and match it below. Still unsure? Visit any showroom for a precise fitting, or message us and we'll walk you through it.

Our Diamonds

Are your diamonds real, and how are they certified?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, identical to mined ones in every way, chemically, physically, and optically. The only difference is origin: they're grown in a lab rather than the earth. They're set in solid 18K and 14K gold.

Every diamond is independently certified by GIA, IGI, or HRD, and the certificate comes with your piece.

For those who prefer a mined stone, our Real & Rare house line is made to order with natural diamonds, certified to the same standard.

Care, Warranty & Upgrades

How do you look after my piece over time?

Beautifully, and for life. Cleaning and resizing are free, always. Bring your piece into any showroom whenever it needs a little attention.

And when you're ready for something more, our Lifetime Diamond Upgrade lets you trade your Fiori diamond toward a larger one, and simply pay the difference. Your first piece is never a one-time decision.

Can I see the jewellery in person?

Please do. You'll find us across three Dubai showrooms, open daily, 10am–10pm. Book a visit anytime on WhatsApp and we'll have pieces ready for you.
