Terms And Conditions
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 10 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fiori Jewels website, our online store, and any purchase you make from us online, by WhatsApp, by phone, or in one of our Dubai showrooms. Please read them carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that apply to you.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1 This website and store are operated by Fiori Jewels ("Fiori Jewels", "Fiori", "we", "us", "our"), a fine-jewellery retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise transacting with us, you ("you", "your", the "Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy.
1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1.4 We may ask you to accept these Terms again from time to time, for example when we introduce new features or when the Terms are updated. Your continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.5 These Terms apply alongside any additional terms that appear at the point of sale (for example, on a product page, checkout, or a made-to-order confirmation). Where there is a conflict, the terms specific to that product or order will prevail for that order only.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Content" means all text, images, video, graphics, logos, designs, and other material published on our website or channels.
- "Made-to-Order" means any item produced, configured, personalised, or manufactured to your specification, including our Real & Rare natural-diamond line, custom pieces, special orders, and engraved items.
- "Order" means a request submitted by you to purchase one or more Products.
- "Products" means the jewellery and related goods and services we offer, including certified lab-grown diamond jewellery and natural-diamond pieces.
- "Real & Rare" means our natural-diamond house line, which is produced Made-to-Order.
- "Showroom" means any of our physical retail locations in Dubai listed in Section 18.
- "Website" means our online store and any associated pages, apps, and sales channels operated by Fiori Jewels.
- "we / us / our" means Fiori Jewels.
- "you / your" means the person placing an Order or using our Website.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To place an Order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3.2 You confirm that the information you provide to us — including your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information — is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
3.3 We may refuse, cancel, or limit any Order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, a pricing or listing error, non-payment, or a breach of these Terms.
3.4 If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Products & Descriptions
4.1 Our Products. We offer certified lab-grown diamonds set in 18K and 14K gold, and our Real & Rare natural-diamond line, which is Made-to-Order. Both lab-grown and natural diamonds are genuine diamonds; lab-grown diamonds are grown in controlled conditions and share the physical, chemical, and optical properties of mined diamonds.
4.2 Natural variation. Diamonds and other gemstones are natural or naturally-structured materials. Characteristics such as inclusions, colour, fluorescence, and minor variations in cut and proportion are inherent and are part of each stone's individuality — they are not defects. Handcrafted and Made-to-Order pieces may vary slightly from one another and from photography.
4.3 Screen and colour. We take care to represent our Products accurately, but the colour, finish, scale, and appearance of an item on your screen may differ from the physical piece due to your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography or styling. Product images are illustrative. Measurements and weights are approximate and may vary within standard manufacturing tolerances.
4.4 Specifications. Metal, carat weight, stone details, and certification information shown on a product page describe that Product to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Where a Product is Made-to-Order, the finished piece is produced to the agreed specification, and the delivered stone may differ (within the agreed grade/range) from any sample shown.
4.5 Availability. All Products are subject to availability. We may change, withdraw, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
5. Pricing & Currency
5.1 Base currency. Prices are set and displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) as our base currency. Where our Website displays prices in another currency for convenience, that amount is an estimate based on prevailing exchange rates and may differ from the final amount charged by your bank or payment provider, which may also apply conversion fees.
5.2 Accuracy. We aim to price all Products correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error on an Order you have placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel, and we will not be obliged to fulfil an Order at an incorrect price.
5.3 Changes. Prices may change at any time before you place an Order. Diamond and gold prices in particular can fluctuate; quotations for Made-to-Order pieces are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.
5.4 Taxes and duties. Prices are shown exclusive of any taxes unless stated otherwise. Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable under UAE law, and any other applicable taxes will be calculated and shown at checkout or on your invoice. For deliveries outside the UAE, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, and local taxes, which are not included in our prices.
6. Orders & Acceptance
6.1 How an order is formed. Product listings and prices are an invitation to purchase, not an offer. When you place an Order, you make an offer to buy. Any order acknowledgement or automated confirmation we send simply confirms receipt of your Order — it does not constitute acceptance.
6.2 Acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your Order, for example by sending a confirmation of dispatch (for in-stock items) or a written confirmation that we have begun production (for Made-to-Order items).
6.3 Right to decline. We may decline or cancel an Order, in whole or in part, before acceptance for any reason, including unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment issues, or where we are unable to deliver to your address. If we decline an Order for which you have already paid, we will refund the relevant amount.
6.4 Made-to-Order. For Made-to-Order pieces, including Real & Rare and any personalised or engraved item, we will confirm the specification with you before we begin. Once production begins, the Order is treated as accepted and is subject to the cancellation limits in Section 9.
7. Payment
7.1 Accepted methods. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and by the "buy now, pay later" services Tabby and Tamara.
7.2 Buy now, pay later. Tabby and Tamara are independent third-party providers. When you choose one of these methods, your instalment or deferred-payment arrangement is governed by that provider's own terms and eligibility checks, and your agreement is with them for the financing. We are not responsible for their decisions, fees, or processing. Availability may depend on your location, Order value, and the provider's assessment.
7.3 Authorisation and charging. By submitting payment details, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the full Order amount, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges. For Made-to-Order pieces, we may require full or partial payment before production begins.
7.4 Security. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our systems. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer or payment provider.
7.5 Title. Title to a Product passes to you only once we have received payment in full and the Product has been delivered.
8. Shipping & Delivery
8.1 UAE delivery. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates; any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on a product page are estimates and are not guaranteed. Made-to-Order pieces require additional production time, which we will indicate before you order.
8.2 International delivery. Where we offer delivery outside the UAE, additional charges, timeframes, and conditions may apply, and you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance (see Section 5.4).
8.3 Address and receipt. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone is available to receive the Order. Deliveries of jewellery may require a signature and photo ID on receipt. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery, or on your first failed/refused delivery attempt where we or the courier have attempted delivery to the address you provided.
8.4 Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our reasonable control. If an Order is delayed, we will keep you informed and work with you to resolve it.
8.5 In-store collection. Where available, you may choose to collect your Order from one of our Showrooms. Collection may require the payment cardholder's presence and valid photo ID.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
9.1 Returns and exchanges. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all sales are final. This does not affect your rights where a Product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially not as described, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
9.2 Faulty or incorrect items. If a Product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us using the details in Section 18 as soon as possible and before sending anything back. Please do not return items without arranging it with us first. For high-value items, we may arrange insured collection or ask you to bring the item to a Showroom for inspection.
9.3 Made-to-Order and personalised items. Because they are produced or personalised specifically for you, the following cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as described:
- Real & Rare natural-diamond pieces and any Made-to-Order item;
- custom, bespoke, resized-to-order, or special-order pieces;
- engraved or otherwise personalised items.
9.4 Cancellations. You may cancel an in-stock Order before it is dispatched. For Made-to-Order and personalised Orders, you may cancel only before production begins; once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a charge reflecting work and materials already committed. Any deposit on a Made-to-Order piece may be non-refundable once production begins.
9.5 Condition and inspection. Returned items are inspected on receipt. We may reduce or decline a refund for items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing certificates or packaging. Resized, altered, or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.
9.6 Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item. For orders paid via Tabby, Tamara, or another third-party provider, refunds are processed in line with that provider's terms and timelines. Original delivery charges (where any applied) and any non-recoverable payment-processing or currency-conversion fees may not be refundable.
9.7 Faulty or incorrect items. Nothing in this Section limits your statutory rights in respect of items that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If you receive such an item, contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
10. Warranty, Care & Lifetime Services
10.1 Craftsmanship warranty. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. We will repair or, at our discretion, replace pieces that show a genuine manufacturing or material defect under normal wear. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, wear and tear, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, loss, theft, or repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than Fiori Jewels.
10.2 Free lifetime resizing. We offer complimentary lifetime resizing on eligible pieces, subject to design limitations (some settings and eternity styles cannot be resized, or can only be resized within a limited range). Turnaround times apply, and shipping to and from us may not always be included for international customers.
10.3 Free lifetime cleaning. We offer complimentary lifetime professional cleaning of your Fiori pieces, at any of our Showrooms or by arrangement.
10.4 Lifetime Diamond Upgrade. You may trade up your Fiori centre diamond for a larger or higher-grade Fiori diamond and pay only the difference in price, subject to the following: the original piece must be in good condition with its original certificate; the upgrade must be to a diamond of greater value; the credit applied is the original purchase price of the diamond (not gold, labour, or setting), based on our then-current pricing; and specific eligibility conditions communicated at the time of the upgrade. This is a goodwill programme and is not a cash-back, resale, or buy-back scheme.
10.5 General care. Fine jewellery is delicate. We recommend removing pieces during sport, swimming, sleeping, cleaning, and when applying cosmetics or fragrance, and storing each piece separately. Care guidance we provide is for general information only.
10.6 Service availability. Our lifetime services are provided to the original purchaser and apply to genuine Fiori Jewels pieces accompanied by proof of purchase. We may vary or withdraw non-statutory goodwill services at our discretion, without affecting your legal rights.
11. Certification & Authenticity
11.1 Certification. Our diamonds are certified by internationally recognised laboratories, including GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), and HRD Antwerp. The certifying laboratory and grading details are provided with the relevant Product.
11.2 The certificate. A diamond certificate (or grading report) is an expert opinion of the stone's characteristics issued by the relevant laboratory; it is not issued by Fiori Jewels, and the grading standards and terminology are those of the issuing laboratory. Minor differences between laboratories in grading approach are normal.
11.3 Authenticity. We warrant that our Products are as described and, where stated, are certified lab-grown or natural diamonds. Please keep your certificate and proof of purchase safe — they may be required for resizing, upgrades, warranty service, insurance, and valuation. Replacement or re-certification of a lost certificate may involve a fee charged by the laboratory.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All Content on our Website and channels — including designs, jewellery collections, photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, the "Fiori Jewels" and "Real & Rare" names, and other trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Fiori Jewels and is protected by intellectual property laws.
12.2 You may view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content, or use our trademarks, without our prior written consent.
12.3 Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
13.2 Subject to Section 13.1, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or any Product.
13.3 Subject to Section 13.1, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any Order is limited to the amount you paid for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Our Website and any information, care guidance, or care/valuation content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiori Jewels and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Privacy
15.1 We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your choices.
15.2 By using our Website and placing an Order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it at our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
16.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
16.2 You agree that the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
17. Changes to These Terms
17.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, practices, or the law. The version in force is the one published on our Website, dated at the top of this page.
17.2 Changes apply from the date they are posted. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time the Order is accepted. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
